Register on your mobile
The app generates your keys on your mobile. Those keys are your identity, so HRTG can never sign in as you.
Approve a sign-in
The request arrives on your mobile. Check the code matches, then approve. No password, so none to steal.
See and control your devices
See every place you are signed in and sign any out. Lost your mobile? Your recovery phrase and a code sent to your email bring your account back.
Lost your mobile? Your account isn't.
Move it to a new mobile, or bring it back with your recovery phrase.

Questions families ask us.
That part of the vault is still being built. You will be able to choose trusted people and set the terms on which they receive access.
What you keep will be encrypted on your mobile before it reaches us, so we cannot read it. Your keys are generated there and never reach us in a form we can read. Every new sign-in is approved there too.
That is where the vault is headed: asset records, insurance and family documents, all end-to-end encrypted. Use it alongside professional legal or financial advice.
We say what we collect, why, and how you can delete it. We do not sell personal or family data.
